Since 1992, Meeps has offered District denizens a respite from mass-produced, cookie cutter clothing.

A Washington, DC fashion force for twenty years, Meeps’ playful vibe has earned the shop numerous “Best of DC” titles and a spot in the hearts of DC’s fashion rebels, rockstars and romantics. In 2011, Cathy Chung and Katerina Herodotou, owners of Treasury Vintage, acquired Meeps, and after a major renovation, re-opened summer 2012 with a newly-infused curated aesthetic.

A haven for the unusual, Meeps boasts casual vintage from the 1960s onwards, contemporary designers and an extensive costume selection. Meeps’ new era also includes a renewed emphasis on the local, with area artisanal wares, fun social happenings and DC artists and musicians taking center stage. Now with a BUY-SELL-TRADE system, Meeps continues to offer the best in affordable and fun vintage plus gently used contemporary pieces.
